The game's storyline starts with the Rift Keeper waking up from a deep slumber to find a silent town, where he is greeted by four old men wearing red robes. They tell him that the gates are open, and his duty is to travel through the rifts and restore balance to the universe. The gameplay is fast-paced and challenging, with enemies getting harder as you progress through the game.
Rift Keeper is Frymore's second project, and they've done an excellent job of creating a game that offers hours of gameplay with its 30 handcrafted dungeons and epic loot. If you're a fan of the Metroidvania genre, then Rift Keeper is definitely worth checking out.
